A hub for leadership and collaboration as we build and scale the future of clinical photography.
Built by clinicians at Vanderbilt Health.
We bring structure to one of the most fragmented workflows in healthcare—clinical photography—by combining mobile capture, intelligent standardization, and seamless integration into systems like Epic, Cerner, and Mindbody.

Incubated at Vanderbilt Health, ImageAssist is built by clinicians and engineers dedicated to improving how healthcare teams capture, organize, and use clinical photography to support better patient care.

Our Values
We build trust with healthcare teams by prioritizing security, reliability, and accountability.
Clinical photography involves sensitive patient data — there is no room for shortcuts.
We design every part of ImageAssist to be HIPAA-compliant, secure, and dependable in real clinical environments.
Trust is not a feature. It's the foundation.
We are built around real clinical workflows — not assumptions.
We work directly with surgeons, nurses, and staff to understand how photography actually happens in practice.
When something slows a team down or creates friction, we fix it.
Our success is measured by how well we improve day-to-day clinical work.
We care deeply about how ImageAssist looks, feels, and performs.
From photo alignment to background removal to workflow design — every detail matters.
Clinical photography should be simple, consistent, and high-quality every time.
We build products we're proud to put in front of clinicians and patients.
We move quickly and hold a high bar.
Healthcare workflows don't tolerate inefficiency — and neither do we.
We continuously improve the product, respond to feedback, and push to make ImageAssist the standard for clinical photography.
We are here to build something that lasts.
We believe great teams build great products.
We support each other, communicate openly, and take ownership of our work.
Many of us are building alongside families, patients, and real-world responsibilities — and we respect that.
We show up for each other and for our customers.
